How do I order?

As a reseller of our products, you have the option to order blanco products directly from our online store by logging into your user account. If you wish to place an order for stock items with embroidery or if you are interested in making a factory order, please contact our sales team.

I am not a reseller, however I am interested in your products.

Estimated delivery for in-stock items:

Blanko products are handed over to a carrier after 1-2 business days from the received order. Production time for embroidered in-stock items is approximately one business week once approved. 

In-stock prices and availability:

As a reseller you are able to see both the prices and availability of each product once you have logged into your user account (product availability can be viewed without login).

Estimated delivery for factory orders:

We primarily deliver custom made orders to Finland by sea freight as it's more cost-effective option.
These factory custom made orders take approximately 3-4 months for delivery.
For faster delivery, we can provide air freight services upon price approval.

In which format must graphic be?

All materials sent to us should be in vector format.
Colours of the graphic must be defined in Pantone colours.
